A significant part of our success in 2025 came from the sale of 27 exclusive properties, representing a total value of €30.5 million. Being entrusted with exclusive listings allows us to work in close partnership with our sellers and to develop a clear, focused strategy for each home.

We are also proud to have sold 7 off-plan properties, with a combined value of €11.3 million.
