Why Eurojavea

Our founder, Lydia Fremeijer, is originally from the Netherlands. She moved to Jávea in 1987 and began her career as an estate agent in 1995. For 30 years she dedicated her life to real estate, always putting the needs and concerns of her clients first. Even in her last moments, she remained close to her colleagues, clients, and friends. Lydia’s greatest joy was finding each client their “dream home.”

Stephan Fremeijer, the founder’s son and managing director, has lived in Jávea since he was three years old. He has extensive experience in the property market and hospitality industry, having co-founded Grupo Cala Bandida. Stephan oversees the sales, marketing, finance, and human resources departments and manages the construction, projects, and investment opportunities departments. He is constantly learning and has extensive knowledge of the various technical, urban, and legal aspects

He speaks English, Dutch and Spanish.

Maria José Rosello, a native of Jávea, has been responsible for the administration and accounting of Eurojávea since its inception in 1995. She is responsible for all the company’s accounting matters, including invoices, payments, contracts, and the management of all the necessary documentation for the buying and selling process, etc.

She speaks English and Spanish.

Maria José Roselló

A Spanish native, with a degree in Tourism, manages and supervises the customer service department. She has also recently taken on key responsibilities for EuroJávea such as project management, company strategy, and overall contract management

Toñi Palacio

A dual Spanish and Croatian national, was born in Belgrade. She studied tourism and has extensive experience in customer service. An expert in public relations and administration, Dejana focuses on customer service at EuroJávea and carries out secretarial duties, including database updates, CRM management, scheduling viewings, and administration.

She speaks English, Spanish, Croatian, and Russian.

Dejana Cajic

Kaat Wyckmans joined the team at the end of 2023 and has already closed several important deals. Born in Brussels and of Belgian nationality, she studied law and trained as a professional agent in Belgium and Spain. Kaat’s main responsibilities include managing international clients and sourcing and selling exclusive properties in Jávea.
She speaks Dutch, French, English and Spanish.

Kaat Wyckmans

Jose Pons, a native of Xàbia, is another sales agent at EuroJávea. With a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and experience in photography, Jose has a strong background in sales. He started his career in London, where he trained as a professional salesperson. Jose is one of the latest additions to the team.

Dutch nationality and born in Leeuwarden. He has studied economics in the Netherlands and has more than 10 years of experience as a construction and renovation manager in Spain. He is in charge of customer service, planning and follow up of all construction and renovation projects

Andreas Adema

Born in Jávea, of Spanish nationality. He holds a Higher Technical Degree in Administration and Finance and is responsible for the company’s accounting and administrative department.

He speaks Spanish and English.

Jesús Pastor

He is responsible for the technical oversight of construction and renovation projects, as well as providing technical advice to our clients, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards.

Juan David Isaza
